PolKa operator of the not for profit deposit system S.A. is the representing entity responsible for operating the deposit system in Poland.
Why PolKa?
The aim of PolKa - Polska Kaucja is to provide comprehensive support to producers of products in beverage packaging and wholesale and retail trade units organising the collection of packaging joining the deposit system in Poland from 2025. We offer comprehensive solutions and access to modern tools for effective management of processes in the deposit system and guarantee compliance with legal obligations.
Our Mission
Our mission is to effectively support the implementation of the deposit system and promote sustainable development and environmental protection. The deposit system aims to increase the level of selective collection of plastic and metal packaging waste and reusable glass. The introduction of the deposit system has a significant impact on the environment. It contributes to reducing the amount of waste going to landfills, as well as to increasing the efficiency of recycling processes and building a closed-loop economy.
